Busy, fast growing Upper Bucks firm seeks a motivated, self-starter attorney with 2 years+ experience in Estate Planning including Trusts, Elder Law, Asset Preservation and Medicaid Planning and Appeals matters in Bucks, Montgomery and Lehigh Counties on a part-time basis to start. Must be licensed and in good standing in PA and have courtroom experience. Excellent written and oral skills required. Candidate must be detail oriented and able to work independently without oversight in order to meet deadlines.
