We are seeking a high-energy decisive entrepreneurial team leader for an open Project Manager position that can manage multiple projects simultaneously, with focus on creating value for the client & Company, while negotiating the inherent positive & negative challenges in high end custom projects, from beginning to end.

Able to achieve completion of Project on-time & under budget, with eye for adds to project's bottom line by adding value for AMC and client, by perceptive Change Order Optioning.

Acceptable Candidate must have intermediate computer skills, five (5) years minimum experience as a project manager in construction/manufacturing environment and great organizational skills. Candidates must have, at minimum, general construction work experience, exposure to commercial millwork/cabinetry and be familiar with the AWI Architectural Woodwork Standards (AWS). Formal education in Project Management, not a required, but would be a plus.

AMC is located near Allentown PA, and is a high quality high end custom millwork manufacturer/installer with a Mid-Atlantic Customer base, & is a long time member of AWI, ABC, and QAS. AMC has grown strongly each year, throughout the downturn of the market and the sluggish economy.
