Floating Custodian/General Maintenance- Landscaping

OVERALL PURPOSEThis position is responsible for the care and maintenance of buildings and grounds, District-wide; make maintenance repairs; load skids for transportation to various buildings, load and unload truck, make deliveries; move equipment, materials, and supplies; operate forklift; erect ladders and scaffolding; remove snow and ice from walks and entrances across District; assist with preparation of school events and general maintenance work.Landscaping Expertise Required in designing landscape beds, selecting healthy plants, planting, and maintaining beds thereafter.
