Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Associate Attorney in Bala Cynwyd, in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role primarily involves representing clients in personal injury cases, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and engaging in trial preparations. The position is within the legal industry and will be based in a dynamic and fast-paced law firm.Responsibilities: Advocate for clients in personal injury cases, including motor vehicle and premises liability claims. Engage in legal research and preparation of memoranda. Handle federal claims and ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations. Prepare and file various legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. Participate in trial preparation activities, including the preparation of witnesses and exhibits. Attend and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials as necessary. Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to provide comprehensive legal services. Maintain effective communication with clients, keeping them informed throughout the legal process.
