Documents services in adherence with program, departmental, regulatory, third-party payor, and network compliance standards. Facilitates referrals both within the Lehigh Valley Hospital and Health Network continuum and throughout the community in order to address patients' on-going mental health needs.Minimum Requirements: Actively pursuing Masters Degree in related field or Bachelors Degree, with 3 years preferred experience.Experience in a health/mental health related field preferredPreferred Qualifications: MSW or Masters Degree in a clinical discipline including counseling, psychology or related field.Minimum three (3) years experience in a health/mental health related field preferredLicensure and Certifications: LCSW ;LSW or LPC required for those that are Master's prepared.Influenza vaccination is required at most LVHN facilities for all colleagues with patient contact unless medically contraindicated or due to a bona fide religious belief or practice, and is strongly encouraged for all colleagues.
