ASTON CARTER IS NOW HIRING FOR AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT IN THE CLINTON, PA AREAThis position has On-Site RequirementsDescription:Answer phones and respond to customer requests. Sell products and enter (order entry) customer orders in DMSI AGILITY computer system. This includes non stock and/or special orders.Tally/ Resolving Customer tickets before delivery Provide customers with product and service information. Transfer customer calls to the appropriate staff. Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system. Customer follow-up inquiries were not immediately resolved. Research billing issues. Research misapplied payments. Recognize, document, and alert the location manager of trends in customer calls. Recommend process improvements.
