Piper Companies is looking for a Business Analyst with experience in financial services for an leading financial solutions client located in Collegeville, PA.
Responsibilities for the Business Analyst:- Gather and translate business requirements into functional specs - focused on financial services applications
- Act as the liaison between the business and IT teams
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst in financial services environments
- Experience with financial services - cap markets, indexes, investment banking, wealth management
- Knowledge of investment management concepts
- Experience creating technical requirement documents through translation of business requirements
- Adept at stakeholder communication and effective documentation
- Capable of running SQL queries
- Comfortable using the Atlassian suite (Jira, Tempo, Confluence)
- Geneva accounting experience - ideal, but not required
- $55-60/hr (12 month+), Full-time conversion possible
