Description Growing company in Croydon is seeking a Plant Administrative Assistant/Office Manager for a 7-9 week temporary engagement. In this role you will report to the General Manager. Daily tasks include but are not limited to Accounts Payable, clerical accounting tasks, maintaining supplies, answering phones, completing filing projects, and additional tasks and duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will have QuickBooks Skills, strong Excel skills including the ability to create spread sheets from scratch, formatting, and sums/ifs. Requirements Prior experience of at least one year as an Office Assistant or in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SharePoint. Experience with QuickBooks and Accounts Payable (AP). Ability to handle and efficiently respond to inbound calls. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks as needed. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification. Higher degree or certification in Office Administration or relevant field would be an asset. Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
