Please find below urgent requirement and respond me ASAP if interested for this contract role with HCL.Job Title: Program Manager (with SAP / Release / Change / SDLC)Location: Delaware County, PADuration: 6+ MonthsJob Type: ContractRoles and responsibilities:Develop an end to end release strategy to cover customer's SAP solutions and IT landscape.Co-ordinate with stakeholders to define release management requirements to support process strategy.Understand the current release and deployment process/procedures and compare with industries best practices to provide an assessment report on the Customer release processes.Research and resolve issues identified in the release and deployment areasRecommend, develop, and assist in the implementation of best as part of the Change Management activities required to maintain the Business continuity and System performance. Maintain Release and deployment process operational conformance to established quality, regulatory and contractual requirements.Communicate the release management related tasks such as plans, timelines, requirements, etc. between different teams.Coordinate the release schedule and resources required with multiple parties.Identify the risks that can delay the release and manage them, such that the scope scheduled, and quality of the release is not affected.Develop and improve release processes, work instructions and release notes.Ensure teams follow the established policies and procedures.Coordinate release package acceptance including business sign off.Manage communication, preparation, and training workshops for releases.
