From meal preparation to trips in the park, DSPs provide support every step of the way in residential group homes located in Erie, Fairview and Girard, PA.In a team environment, you will work as caregivers with one goal in mind: making sure our adults lead active and independent lives. It's more than a career; it's a fulfilling way of life.Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Residential responsibilities include helping with daily living skills, assisting with personal care, transporting to day programs, completing household chores, and promoting independence.Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid driver's license and good driving record

Eligibility for State Police Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse History Clearance
