Seeking an Assistant Manager for a Non-Profit Veteran Organization to join our team! You will manage the daily Kitchen operations to ensure superior service to members and maintain compliance with all laws and regulations.Responsibilities:. Assist bar manager in kitchen operations of post Balance cash drawers on days when needed Book and oversee rental of banquet room and schedule staff for working parties Order all Kitchen supplies needed for dinner, events, special occasions Store supplies from food trucks, other supplies, and work with staff to maintain functionality of kitchen Assist staff where needed (Cooks/Waitress/Dishwasher/bus tables/bartenders).
