Receptionist

Greets, directs and provides appropriate resources to residents and visitors.Manages incoming call queue.Monitors, screens and unlocks exterior doors by utilizing camera’s and security system.Creates and maintains an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment.Coordinates service/maintenance calls.Performs scheduled duties in an accurate and timely mannerPerforms other duties as assignedHours & Compensation:PRN/Per Diem PositionShifts: as needed (week or weekends)Holiday rotationPay: $15.00/hour
