Looking for 5 guys that want to shovel snow when it snows. Hours could range from 4-12 hours just honestly all depends on weather.
Pay is $12-16 hr just depends on how dependable you really are.
I pay every 2 weeks if it’s slow I will pay a day or two after sometime every week. Except at least 2 weeks maximum.
I use to pay daily every night and guys or women would come in get paid and not come in again.
I do have my lead guy to pick up and drop off.
Every 30 days I will give you a raise if it snows or don’t snow as long as you don’t miss any days.
Long days I will buy breakfast. Job is laid back just gotta be able to go out anytime between 12am -2am when it snows.
This is under the table easy money I promise.
2024 season I will also be looking for leads to run next season snow. Could range from $16-25hr so something to look forward to.
