HELP WANTED!
Jay’s Auto Wrecking, Inc. is looking to hire a Full-time Auto Parts Salesperson. We are open Monday-Thursday from 8:30am-5:00pm – Fridays from 8:30am-1:00pm - and- 9:00am-12:00pm on Saturdays. Specific hours required for position will be discussed in person.
Qualifications:
Sales and customer service experience preferred, especially in auto parts sales, but not required. Will train the right person.
Basic phone and computer skills necessary.
Strong communication skills and problem solving skills helpful.
Details:
Auto Parts Salesperson must provide excellent customer service to all customers, at all times.
Be able to answer auto part questions and assist customers ordering parts via telephone, email or chat.
Handle cash, credit card and other purchasing transactions.
Operate the store point of sale system to search for parts and customer accounts, and to invoice and help pull orders.
Prepare invoice orders for pickup or delivery.
Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude, as well as professional conduct and appearance at all times.
Process parts returns and core returns as needed.
Other duties as necessary.
