The Senior Accounts Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for our established customers and play a vital role in customer experience and maintaining our reputation for excellence. The ideal candidate will have leadership in account management, a passion for helping others and building relationships, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and escalations
Handle inbound calls and emails from customers professional and efficiently
Receive and process customer purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and resolving any discrepancies
Proactively communicate between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products
Coordinate with other departments to address customer needs
Build rapport and establish trust with prospective and current customers
Prepare and deliver high-value job quotes based on project information
Follow up on quotes, ensuring our quotes are competitive and aligned with market conditions
Report and update department heads on high profile projects
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends
Generate reports on product sales to inform business decisions
