Job Description:About the Role :Responsible for overseeing the packaging team and ensuring that all products meet quality standards while maintaining efficiencies. Collaborate with other departments to optimize production and maintain compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

Ensure production schedule is on track and being adhered to.

Monitor SAP for correct material usage, order completion and PSA cleanup.

Verify that quality checks are being completed correctly and on time.

Verify data accuracy in our MES and use output to identify performance issues.

Setup labor needs based on production standards and associate availability.

Facilitate Safety and Quality improvement team meetings.

Use Root Cause Analysis tools to find and implement countermeasures.

Important Details: This is an on-site position, working 12 hour shifts 3 or 4 days a week. You are expected to cover any vacation on the opposite end of the week.About You :You’ll fit right in if you have:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); completion of apprenticeship of some college courses highly desired; AA degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance a plus.

Prefer five to seven years of manufacturing experience with a strong knowledge in the following areas: hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical and industrial skills.

Advanced SAP knowledge and understanding of running a CMMS system.

Computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Email, and simple database applications.

Must have strong time management skills and the ability to stay organized and on task.

Ability to work overtime and weekends when required.
