Summary: The Partner Productivity team is a rapidly growing team that is responsible for the overall operation relationship with vendor partner WFM/operations team. The team works with partners both internally and externally to maximize the productivity of our outsourced reviewer population while balancing what’s best for the business and reviewer population. The ideal candidate for this position will be comfortable finding their own data, building their own dashboards, and leveraging this data to align with cross-functional partners to ensure the best possible outcome.Required Skills: Workforce Management Specialist Responsibilities:Collaborate with Partner Operations team to manage vendor partner WFM/Operations relationships to ensure optimal operational efficiency and adherence to company requests, policies, etc.
Apply a data-driven approach to identify, understand, and scope emerging productivity trends by performing rapid-response root cause analyses
Drive and monitor key performance metrics such as enterprise level utilization, staffing levels, and intraday activities
Partner with cross-functional teams to lead or coordinate strategic projects and scaled solutions to productivity issues including real time monitoring of metrics in relevant lines of business
Work with data and analytics partners to identify and track key program performance indicators, and ensure the results contribute to overall company, product, customer, and community experience goals
Investigate & define clear business problems and prioritize solutions using data-driven analytics, developing success metrics to measure project performance and alignment with team mission and goals
Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:B.A. or B.S. degree or higher
3+ years of professional experience in project management, workforce management, and/or outsource operations
Experience adapting to a fast-paced, fast-changing environment, juggling multiple priorities and stakeholders
Self-starting, intellectually curious and creative individual with experience operating with ambiguity
Demonstrated experience building relationships and influencing globally across functional teams
Experience communicating to a variety of audiences
Experience prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications:Experience analyzing large datasets in SQL, Google Sheets or similar tools to evaluate operational health and identify areas of improvement
Experience working with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)
