Bookkeeper

Description We are on the lookout for a proficient Bookkeeper to join our team in Lansdale, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our company's financial records, including sales, purchases, income, and payments. Your primary responsibilities will include account reconciliation, handling accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable. Perform bank reconciliations and manage general ledger. Handle account reconciliation tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance. Assist with month-end closing processes and generate financial reports. Process invoices, maintain coding, and conduct occasional check cutting. Oversee cash postings and assist with collections as needed. Enter financial transactions and maintain accurate records. Utilize Microsoft Excel and other ERP systems for data entry and financial tracking. Generate journal entries and assist in preparing month-end reports.
