Job DescriptionThe Administrative Support Worker Lead provides support in all administrative tasks. This includes but is not limited to answering phones, filing, communicating with clients and customers, and scheduling staff. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to effectively communicate, answer telephones, and operate office equipment in a fast-paced environment.Job Responsibilities

Responsible for performing administrative functions including distributing mail, ordering, and stocking supplies, answering phones, and greeting visitors

Responsible for Accounts Receivable Collection

Assists unit management with clerical tasks in relation to accounting, payroll, receiving, and/or human resources including filing, data entry, record review and maintenance, etc.

Calculates & Pays Client & Franchise Commissions

Consults with higher level authority for resolution of difficult issues. Submits and processes invoices

Responsible for data entry and analytical work.

Seeks to improve efficiency of daily operations

Maintains timely, accurate and detailed documentation required by management

Possess professional etiquette

Outstanding customer service and interact effectively with customers, employees, and the broader community

Greets customers, clients, and employees; answers inquiries or directs calls where necessary

Operate technology, systems, and software such as voicemail systems, copy/scanners, personal computers, and MS Office

High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. 2+ years administrative support experience.? Excellent written/interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
