Job Title: Mold Set Up TechnicianEnvironment: Manufacturing facilityDescription: We are seeking dedicated Mold Set Up Technicians to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will operate and maintain plastic mold machines that produce high-quality plastic components.Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain plastic mold machines, ensuring optimal performance

Warm up machines, change out molds, and perform color changeovers

Clean molds and conduct quality checks on produced products

Perform minor maintenance and troubleshooting of machines, including hydraulic hoses

Collaborate with the maintenance team for more in-depth repairs and technical issues

Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols

Document production activities and report any issues to management

Perform other duties as assigned

Shift:

1st shift: 5:45 AM to 6:00 PM

3rd shift: 5:45 PM to 6:00 AM

2,2,3 day schedule with every other weekend required

Qualifications:

Previous experience operating machinery in a plastics manufacturing environment is a plus, but not required

Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn; technical or mechanical training is beneficial

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
