Description We are offering a contract to hire opportunity for an Executive Assistant position in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, United States. As an Executive Assistant, your role will be pivotal in maintaining efficient operations within our organization, with responsibilities ranging from managing internal communication to overseeing customer relationships.Responsibilities: Liaising and supporting the Executive Director and Director of Government Affairs for a large non-profit organization Oversee calendar management to ensure smooth scheduling and coordination of appointments and meetings. Manage and facilitate communication both internally and externally, ensuring clear and timely transfer of information. Coordinate and manage conference calls, ensuring all necessary parties are included and informed. Draft, manage, and organize correspondence to ensure effective communication within and outside the organization. Oversee filing systems, ensuring all records are accurately maintained and easily accessible. Liaise with government entities as required, fostering strong relations and facilitating necessary communication. Prepare and manage board presentations, ensuring all necessary information is accurately presented and clearly communicated.Requirements Previous experience as an Executive Assistant to two or more executives is required. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities Experience in coordinating and managing conference calls Proficient in drafting and managing correspondence Strong organizational skills with a focus on efficient filing systems Familiarity with government relations and associated protocols Experience in preparing and delivering board presentationsThis is a position for a skilled candidate seeking to work for an organization that has an heavy impact on our community.
