We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper / Office Administrator to join our team. This role supports day-to-day accounting and HR operations — ideal for someone who’s organized, tech-savvy, and enjoys a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily bookkeeping and office administration tasks
Process accounts payable/receivable and payroll
Reconcile bank and credit card statements
Prepare monthly financial reports
Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks and HRIS systems
Assist with onboarding, HR compliance, and insurance records
Support the Senior Accountant and Controller
Qualifications:
3–5 years of bookkeeping and payroll experience
Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel (Restaurant365 a plus)
Understanding of HR and payroll regulations
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Reliable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
