About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Operations & Property Management Associate to oversee the day-to-day management of our industrial and commercial real estate portfolio. This is a fully in-person role based on-site in Philadelphia, PA, requiring daily field work across multiple properties.
Responsibilities:
Conduct regular on-site visits across all assigned buildings in Philadelphia.
Monitor and resolve open violations; ensure timely communication and follow-up with relevant agencies.
Oversee general building operations and maintenance, ensuring all systems and common areas are properly maintained.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, maintenance, and inspections.
Ensure tenants are complying with building rules, lease terms, and operational standards.
Report any building issues, tenant concerns, or compliance risks to management promptly.
Maintain accurate logs of site visits, violations, repairs, and tenant interactions.
Assist with operational tasks related to leasing, inspections, and property improvements.
Qualifications:
Experience in property management or operations, preferably within industrial or commercial real estate.
Strong understanding of compliance, building violations, and DOB-related processes.
Must be reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable with daily in-person property visits.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to problem-solve and follow tasks through to completion.
Driver’s license and vehicle needed.
Schedule:
On-site in Philadelphia, PA
In-person, 5 days a week (full-time field role)
Compensation:
$1,000 per week base pay
Additional compensation and commission opportunities available
Potential for expanded responsibilities and increased pay based on performance
