NJ-Penn Logistics is looking for a Customer Service Associate

We have an immediate opening:

Our Distribution Company is looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to our customers issues and then offer them a unique and solution to each problem. The successful candidate will also have typing skills, an analytical mind, attention to detail and a passion for precision. We are looking for a long term employee who wants to grow within our industry.

Responsibilities and Duties include but not limited to:

Answering incoming calls regarding billing issues, product and service delivery problems as well as general client questions.

Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with all customers and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.

Update customer information in the data base after each call.

Data return entry and scanning for our customers.

Qualifications:

1 yr. Customer Service experience

Knowledge of Microsoft Office, (Excel, Word and Outlook)

Training will be provided on our Circulation System
