Overview:

We are looking for reliable Customer Service Representative to support our Wellness & Grocery Program. The Customer Service Representative supports customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. They’re the front line of support for clients and customers and they help ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services, and features.

Note: We are hiring for our Mid to Late December 2024 Schedules. However, anyone qualified may be asked to start earlier if and when the demand arises

You will need transportation to our Headquarters in Philadelphia when needed.

Responsibilities:

● Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

● Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services

● Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

● Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services

● Letting customers or clients know about additional products or services

● Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

● Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems

● Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

● Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Qualifications & Requirements:

● High School Diploma or equivalent

● Positive attitude

● Strong work ethic - the person who goes the extra mile whenever possible

● Commitment to teamwork - take personal responsibility for creating a positive work environment

● Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

● Excellent communication and presentation skills

● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

● Interpersonal and customer service skills

● Analytical and problem-solving skills

● Attentiveness and patience

Schedule:

Weekdays - 8 hours

Hours of Operation: 9am - 5pm

At FareRx we believe that food is medicine. We have built a wellness and grocery delivery program that hand-delivers fresh and local food on a recurring basis. We work directly with insurance companies and employers to serve their members and employees.

The menus are chef planned and dietician reviewed with the goal of maximizing nutritional density while improving health outcomes, member satisfaction, and retention.

To date we have hand-delivered over 60,000 bags of groceries and will continue to pursue our mission to help people lead healthier lives and support a healthier planet.
