Responsibilities: Under limited supervision of the Manager of Robotic Process Automation, responsibilities will include being a team expert at identification, analysis, development, implementation, and monitoring of automated processes via Robotic Process Automation (RPA).- Retrieve, analyze, transform, and stage data to drive internally automated processes.
- Leveraging general programming best practices and creative coding approaches. Activities will include conceptual design, advanced RPA script development and execution, and the validation of production outcomes.
- Oversight of multiple RPA processes executing in parallel while prioritizing and performing other tasks is a daily requirement.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of enterprise operational procedures, business processes, and guidelines to deliver accurate and salient automation solutions.
- Works closely with internal team members, cross-functional stakeholders, functional subject matter experts, and leadership at all levels.
- Utilizes in-depth knowledge of internal tasks & procedures to serve as RPA team's point of contact & subject matter expert.
- Identifies internal performance improvement opportunities, communicates the opportunities with team members and management, and leads implementation processes and tasks independently.
- Analyze external automation requests, quickly assess the feasibility and accurately estimate development effort
- Training, mentoring, and knowledge sharing with team members
- UiPath development experience a plus
- Intelligent OCR experience a plus
- UFT/QTP experience a plus
- Windows Scripting a plus
