 What will you be doing:Showcasing your unique personality and skills, you will engage with guests to create a memorable dining experience!You will be responsible for welcoming guests in our urban chic lounge Liberté, explaining the menu and taking food and beverage orders.You will serve food and beverages according to Sofitel and AAA 4 Diamond standards maintaining current knowledge of all menu offerings, to include ingredients, preparation method, and presentation.You will be in charge of setting up and breaking down the Liberte` Lounge during your assigned shift.
