Entry Level IT Support - Mobility

Our client in Philadelphia is looking for a Mobility Support Technician to join their team. This is a 6+ week contract with a potential to extend beyond. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a large IT department.

This will be an on site role.

Shift: Day shift - either 7:30am-4pm or 8:30am-5pm

Position Description:

  • Technical support of both iOS and Android mobile devices
  • Helping users with setting up an app on the mobile devices (no need to do a full device setup. Only be required to troubleshoot with them to set up this new app.
  • Support clients and mobile devices across the enterprise
  • Help through major rollout for the enterprise
  • Customer Service (Phone & In-Person) including troubleshooting, general support, In-service, training
  • Development of End User Reference Documentation
  • Configuring, Delivering and Maintaining Mobile Devices
  • Computer Applications: AirWatch, ServiceNow, Carrier Web Portals, Word, Excel, Interaction Desktop

Required Skills:

  • Confident ability to work independently, as the resolution point for any mobility issues that arise.
  • Polished and patient customer service approach. Professionalism is extremely important in this culture.
  • Sense of urgency, ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Technical support aptitude.
  • Reliability is biggest key.
