ResponsibilitiesSupport the planning and execution of over 300 live sporting events annuallyAssist with remote production logistics, including scheduling crew, coordinating onsite facilities, transmission needs, and preparing/distributing production paperworkProvide onsite support to the Live Events production team and technical crew as neededMaintain and track inventory of Live Events equipmentAssist with budget-related activities, including tracking expenses, supporting monthly forecasting, payroll coordination, and invoice processingPartner with cross-functional teams to support production workflows and execution of departmental initiativesSupport the integration and adoption of new production technologies and toolsHelp coordinate with external vendors and production partnersStay informed on evolving production practices and workflows to support team execution
