HYBRID ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST NEEDEDJob Duties And Responsibilities

Perform certain monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes for US entity and 4 subsidiary entities

Prepare journal entries,

Prepare profit and loss variance analyses,

Prepare/review balance sheet reconciliations,

Prepare monthly financial reports.

Prepare certain intercompany invoices

Accounting of intercompany loans receivable/payable

Manage fixed assets

Assist with external audits

Follow and comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) for financial statements

Perform Ad-Hoc analyses as required

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

5 years of experience as an accountant

Excellent computer skills; experience in accounting software, Microsoft Office Suite, Quickbooks

Industry experience in transportation, goods and services, or manufacturing

Knowledge of finance, accounting, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

Hybrid work2 days a week in the office
