Senior Financial Analyst

Your mission at IntegriChain:As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will be working closely with the senior members of the finance team, you will assist in various aspects of the financial planning process, from monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements, to critical ad-hoc analysis that will further business decision making.The role requires you to manage multiple priorities in a highly dynamic, changing financial environment.  The successful candidates will be expected to adapt and perform ad-hoc requests and special projects as well as normal monthly/quarterly management reporting and forecasting.  Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting – Assist in the regular preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analytics. Create visually appealing reports and presentations, that have the same look and feel across all deliverablesBudgeting and Forecasting - Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by preparing finance models, gathering data, and conducting analysis as neededVariance Analysis – analyze actual financial performance vs forecasts and budgets and provide business unit-level insights to managementFinancial Modeling – Develop, maintain, and clean financial models to support the reporting and analysis process, and create efficiencies where applicableAd-hoc analysis – conduct ad-hoc analysis and on-the-fly reporting that provides actionable recommendationsDue Diligence – create, analyze, reconcile data, and work closely with outside parties on any potential M&A activityCollaboration – collaborate with Accounting, People and Culture (HR), Sales, R&D, and the product teams to gather relevant financial data and insights
