We are seeking a Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) Mobile Supervisor to join our team in Philadelphia, PA!

Earn between $58,000-$66,700/annually!

Position Details

Under the supervision of the Mobile Director, the Mobile Supervisor will provide supervision and oversight of the SEPTA Outreach Program that works with the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority. This will include:

Supervising all staff connected to the program on multiple shifts.

Continue to cultivate partnership with any other relevant stakeholders to insure a smooth workflow.

Research, monitor, and analyze data to produce business insights and action recommendations relevant to proposed business development.

Coordinate staff assigned to Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) with entering client information into database.Provide supervision and team meetings and work on professional development with assigned staff.

Design and monitor daily/weekly schedule for the SEPTA Outreach Program.

Assist with the development of a warm handoff process with Emergency Rooms, shelters, safe havens, and any other facility that one of the individuals we serve may need to receive services.

Serve as the main point of contact for SEPTA Police Department during their shift and deploy staff depending on the needs of our partners.

Attend all relevant meetings with City stakeholders as well as any required meetings asked for by SEPTA.

Follow up on all Incident Reports, ensure timely submission of Internal and External Reports.

Including potential 2nd shift coverageRequirementsThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, and/or counseling is preferred but not required.

1 - 3 years of experience working with the homeless population, outreach, and/or drug and alcohol treatments.

Must possess computer competency to be able to complete various reports.

Knowledge of the Behavioral Health service system, Criminal Justice system, and the shelter system is a plus.
