CELLAR DOG in Center City is hiring for BARBACK/BUSSER. The pay is $10/hr PLUS tips. 2-4 shifts per week.

You will be assisting the bar team with keeping the bar well-stocked with garnishes, ice, liquor, wine and beer.
You will change out kegs, if needed.
You will run food as necessary.
You will keep the floor clean of all dirty glassware, dirty dishes, etc.
You will be responsible for overall bar cleanliness as well as the cleanliness of the main room.
You must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally push and/or pull up to 75 pounds.
The employee will spend over 4 hours daily standing or walking.
Required Education and Experience
Minimum one (1) to two (2) years prior bar industry experience.
Must have prior high volume experience.
Must have strong multitasking capabilities.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be a team player with a strong work ethic.
Must have a great attitude and be positive.
Familiarity with craft beer, wine, and cocktails is a plus.
