well established pub /restaurant looking for an experienced and creative chef to run establishment's food operation. Must be able to manage all facets of food service . Responsibilities include ordering food, making soups and sauces ,creating daily specials & making staff schedules. Hours are mid afternoon til 10 pm weekdays and noon til 10 pm weekends. Salary and benefits will be discussed in interview.
