o Prepare foods following specific methods and portions.
o Measure ingredients required for specific food items being prepared.
o Clean, stock, and restock workstations and display cases.
o Wash, cut, and prepare foods designated for cooking and completion of all menu items.
o Pre-cooks items for later use.
