An immediate opportunity exists for a proven Sous Chef with a passion for food Responsibilities include Member a la carte dining operations and banquet prep and turn out.
This person will assist the Executive Chef with all activities related to the kitchen, which includes menu development, overseeing kitchen staff, ordering and inventory assistance. Responsibilities also include assisting in the management of food costs and production control to reduce waste, participate in controlling operating and labor costs, and practice proper sanitation standards.
The ideal individual would have a great attitude, strong work ethic, wide range cooking experience, and open availability.

Applicants must possess a stable work history with a minimum of 3-5 years experience in an upscale, full-service, made-from-scratch kitchen. Individual must be reliable, have good business acumen, a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and be capable of working under pressure, without compromising composure.
