Team Member Job Summary
We are looking for a full-time or part-time Team Member who enjoys working with the public and has a friendly, outgoing personality. As a team-oriented company, we seek an individual who can be flexible with work hours. The ideal candidate is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and displays a positive attitude when interacting with customers and employees. We want to ensure all of our customers experience the best in service excellence and quality product.
We are closed on Sundays and Mondays so you can have a day off to spend with family and friends.
Team Member Responsibilities and Duties (include, but not limited to):
Build great relationships with co-workers, as this position requires teamwork
Process online orders received through POS system in an efficient manner
Collect payments and bag purchases for customers
Deliver customer orders via curb-side delivery
Keep the retail area clean, orderly and well-maintained
Prepare food correctly and ensure food safety guidelines are followed
Team Member Qualifications and Skills
High school graduate or GED equivalent
Ability to multi-task
Previous experience in retail
Positive, friendly and helpful attitude toward customers, including the ability to speak clearly and convey information accurately
