Company Seeking Maintenance Worker (Handyman)
-Full Time Position Available NOW
-Work available Monday - Friday with weekends optional
-Must have prior experience working as a maintenance man
-Must have basic plumbing and electrical knowledge
-Must have own tools
-MUST HAVE OWN TRUCK (will have to drive from place to place while working)
-Job Description: You will have to oversee all of the maintenance requests as well as put a plan in place on how to complete the request. You will need to be organized so that you can keep a log of what jobs have been done and what you did for those jobs. You will be given daily jobs to work on.
Responsibilities:
Adjusting/changing door knobs, locks, hinges, windows, and gates, as required.
Repairing and unclogging toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains.
Replacing carpets and wooden floors.
Installing and repairing wires, receptacles, lights, switches, and other devices.
Painting interior walls/ceilings/millwork and exterior walls.
Basic Maintenance requests and repairs
Tracking inventory to ensure that you have adequate maintenance supplies.
