Senior Landscaper / Groundskeeper - FULL TIME, YEAR ROUND
Family owned and operated Real Estate Company. Paid Vacation and Sick Days.
Looking for someone who wants long term steady, 5 days a week employment (Monday – Friday) Weekend work usually only occurs during winter months with snow. Paid Vacation and Holidays.
One of the main responsibilities of this job will be meticulously maintaining garden beds (i.e. hand weeding, maintaining plants, deadheading, planting new flowers, trees and shrubs, etc.).
Application Requirements:
Must have 2 years of experience
Detail oriented and self-starter
Clean valid Driver’s License.
Snow Plow operation
Be able to operate a zero-turn mower.
Be able to operate snowplow truck
Maintain equipment (Change mower blades/ Sharpen Blades/ Change Oil, etc.)
Ability to work independently at a fast pace
Attention to detail
Applicants must be able to lift 50lbs regularly and occasionally 100lbs
Pass Criminal Background check
Duties Include but are not limited to:
Weeding
Pruning
Lawn Mowing
Weed-whacking
Trimming
Edging
Laying down Mulch
Aerating / slit seeding
Leaf Removal / Fall & Spring Clean up
Horticulture - Tree, shrub, flower planting
Snow Plowing and salting
Operating a snow blower and shoveling snow
Light maintenance work on office buildings in the winter
