2 positions available - one for online customer support and one for pick and packing

Order Fulfillment:

Picking items from storage locations based on customer orders, packing orders for shipping, and labeling packages correctly

Receiving and Processing:

Unloading incoming shipments, verifying items against paperwork, and scanning items into the inventory system.

Loading and Unloading:

Loading trucks with outgoing shipments and unloading incoming shipments.

Inventory Management:

Maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting periodic inventory counts, and reporting any discrepancies to supervisors.

Customer Support Representative - primary duty is to deliver great customer service. They often have the following customer service responsibilities:

Providing introductory information, such as a product manual explanation, to prospective and new customers

Handling customer complaints and troubleshooting issues with products or services

Following up with clients or customers by phone, web chat or email to check that they’re still satisfied with their purchases or services received

Accessing databases to retrieve account information for customers

People living near the location (Bristol, Lavittown) will be given preferene.
