Per Diem Attorney Wanted for Municipal Court Appearances

We are a real estate law firm in Montgomery County. We are seeking a civil litigation attorney who is perhaps starting their own practice and would be interested in handling our Municipal Court hearings in Philadelphia on a per diem basis. These are mostly landlord tenant matters, sometimes representing the landlord and sometimes the tenant. Previous municipal court experience is preferred but not required. Much more important is your willingness and dedication to be both prepared for court and passionate about our client's case. I am willing to train the right candidate if necessary and other future work is definitely a possibility as well.
