We are looking for a dedicated Associate Project Manager to monitor and control all aspects of projects. You will be responsible for completing projects on time, within budget and with high quality standards. As an Associate Project Manager, you should have a degree in project management, with experience handling multiple projects at the same time. You’ll be required to prepare executive presentations and attend regular project meetings. Because you will be in charge of planning and execution, you must be good at managing resources, scheduling, budgeting and handling risks. A highly analytical mind will help you evaluate proposals and ensure that projects are aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities:
Manage multiple and complex project timelines with up-to-date status, deliverables and scope management.
Plan, scope and schedule projects to meet multiple deadlines.
Identify potential risks to the project and propose mitigation strategies.
Generate technical and non-technical reports outlining project status.
Meet with client and company representatives to resolve issues or escalate as necessary.
Collaborate with sub-contractors across multiple sites to ensure cooperation on a global scale.
