Sovereign Construction Services, A Collegeville based remodeling contractor seeking a motivated and experienced carpenter who can work independently, with others, and be a lead carpenter on residential remodeling projects. Must have 5-10 years of varied experience. Must possess good communication skills and be comfortable talking with clients, suppliers, & sub-contractors. Trade school graduate or NARI Lead carpenter certification is a plus. Our service area includes Collegeville, Pa and surrounding areas. Valid driver’s license, transportation, and tools required.
Responsibilities include:
Has a passion for working with their hands and creating things
Has an eye for detail, quality, and completeness
Can manage a team and lead others effectively
Can clearly communicate keeping clients and office informed
Complete projects within budgets, accurately track hours
Be dependable, timely, drug, and drama free
Perform work safely and keep a clean job site
In good physical condition with the ability to crawl, climb, and lift materials and tools
