We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, OPS Business Planning and Analysis II join the Operations team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA - Hybrid.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

Conducts analyses and reporting in support of general business operations and planning activities.

Gathers, organizes and reviews operational data/metrics to analyze data. Extrapolates and complies analyses for use in reports or presentations.

Communicates effectively with technical and business staff. Develops and delivers both informational and decision-seeking reports, analyses and/or presentations.

Stays abreast of organization and function operations and gains familiarity with company practices relevant to metrics, performance indicators, reporting protocols, etc.

Participates on project teams, providing analytical support to achieve project objectives.

No direct reports.

Contributes to the achievement of team objectives.

Provides data and information to team members, as needed.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

0-3 years of total work experience preferred.
