Room scheduling
Checking in with attorneys and staff on what is needed and who is handling what (valet, office services, etc.)
Organizing depositions
Assisting with budget: paying bills, processing invoices, keeping and coding receipts
Overseeing conference center.
Monitoring meetings
Calling for repairs,
Finding support for events.
Working closely with security to monitor guests and visitors
Tracking loaner badges
Maintaining visitor logs.
Experience/Qualifications:
1-2 years of administrative experience.
Candidate must be comfortable handling confrontation and emergencies.
Candidate must be professional and polished, proactive, accountable, adaptable, outgoing, and must have fantastic communication skills.
Associate's degree or equivalent experience is preferred
A legal background is a plus.
Hospitality experience preferred
Event planning experience is a plus.
