Description Seeking a Lease Analyst to help perform complex Operating Expense and CAM reconciliations! Are you analytical, possess a strong attention to detail, and have prior reconciliations experience? If so, this job opportunity might be for you!Summary: A Lease Analyst is primarily responsible for reviewing lease-related documentation and abstracting crucial financial information, with a special emphasis on reconciliations and financial analysis. They ensure that all tasks are performed precisely and punctually while communicating with internal and external partners to obtain necessary information.Job Responsibilities: Reconcile operating expense (“OpEx”) reconciliations and common area maintenance (“CAM”) reconciliations Reading and processing lease-related documents, including rent and other financial commitments. Handling lease renewal and amendment rent commencements along with the introduction of new locations. Employing commercial lease administration software to manage leases and related documents. Carrying out monthly reviews, auditing and processing of leasing financial obligations in accordance with our Spend and Transaction Policies. Managing operating expenses, including overseeing auditor relationships, resolving auditor findings and pursuing claims. Acting as the main point of contact for the client's internal and external legal representatives. Setting up new landlords in our internal and external systems, including processing necessary forms and ticketing. Maintaining accurate banking information for all current and future rent obligations. Creating new locations within all internal and external systems.Location: The Lease Analyst role is based in downtown Pittsburgh however the role is a hybrid position. The preference is that candidates would work onsite for training or other business purposes 2-3 days per week.Schedule: The hours for the Lease Analyst are expected to be 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day during normal business hours Monday through Friday.If you are interested in being considered, please apply to this Lease Analyst position on the Robert Half website or via the Robert Half app.Requirements Necessary requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or other relevant field of study is highly preferred Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills are required, written and oral Experience in financial reconciliations is required. Proficiency in using specialized software and platforms. Capacity to independently work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to all deadlines and responsibilities.Entry level candidates may be considered if they meet most of these requirements and have a degree.
