Personal Care Aides - Job Summary: Vehicle is preferred and highly needed but not mandatory; but Employee must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel within the area. This case is not on a bus line.Job Description: Based on Consumer Assessment, and care managers, the Personal Care Aide will draw up a Care Plan including ADL, motivation and socialization.Assists with Activities of Daily Living (ADL's): Bathing, Dressing, transfers, exercises, socialization & motivation. Light Housekeeping: Dusting, Vacuuming, Dishes, Laundry Meal Preparation Shopping and Escort Assistance Required for Employment: 2-Step TB, Act 33/34 Clearances, Physical (no more than 1 year old), PPD or Chest X-Ray, report Legal documents authorizing you to work in the U.S.if not a native of U.S.
