We are seeking to fill a Data & Analytics role in our Enterprise Transformation (Delivery Framework Hub) group. This role is based out of our Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL offices - HYBRID (3 days/week in office).

The ideal candidate must have analytics and BI product management experiences.

You will have an impact in following ways:

Lead the analysis and development of internal data sets to create automated data workflows, data dashboard / visualization and market intelligence for internal customers across the enterprise

Work with our internal customers, Agile coaches and other business partners to define reporting & analytic goals

Independently design automated workflows, data sets and visualizations / dashboards to meet internal client needs

Analyze, reconcile, troubleshoot and review incoming and outgoing data to ensure accurate performance/output

Support stakeholders with adhoc data requests and proactive analytics support

Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. Engineering, Business groups, Finance, HR, Risk) to develop well rounded analytics for our users

Drive product innovation by keeping up-to-date with industry trends in the BI space

Define product metrics, measure performance, and use data to inform product decisions.To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

Extensive experience in developing PowerBI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tool

Passionate about problem solving and brining efficiencies to existing and new analytics solutions

Has solid understanding of available data sources and can appropriately leverage systems, databases, etc. to develop analytics approach, describe characteristics of a visualization, and explain results of an analysis to a non-technical audience

Independently conduct advanced, complex data analysis and metric needs for assigned analytic tasks

Collaborate with management to develop and implement the techniques and automated design methodologies to be used for each type of activity/analysis

Able to communicate ideas regardless of the audience and rally associates to your vision

Possesses a "get-it-done" attitude - ability to get around roadblocks and stay focused on the vision. Organized, resourceful, and able to prioritize tasks.

Customer Focused - ability to deliver high-quality products that delight customers and align to their vision.

Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred. 7-10 years of total work experience preferred.
