Anthos is a family-owned business based in Pittsburgh, PA. In our Bakery Café we offer Breakfast, Lunch and Brunch as well as authentic Greek and Mediterranean food, European style breads and pastries and Colombian coffee by Devocion.
We are looking for a part time dishwasher / Prep cook to join our kitchen staff and help us maintain a clean, organized and smoothly operating kitchen. The ideal candidate will be able to function in a busy environment as a part of a team.
Dishwasher Job Responsibilities:
Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into sinks and dish washing machine
Wash and sanitize all pans, trays, utensils, dishes.
Clean, sanitize, and maintain dish machine
Unload dishes and utensils from dish machine and organize them properly
Empty trash containers regularly
Maintain a clean work area and kitchen by sweeping and mopping as needed
Perform closing and additional cleaning duties as requested
Follows the posted daily dish cleaning duties.
Assists in the timely storing of food deliveries.
Assists in any other duties set forth or requested by the chef as needed.
Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing, rinsing, sanitizing surfaces etc.
Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines
Perform other kitchen duties as assigned

Professional kitchen experience is preferred but not required.
Being a team player with good communication skills and positive attitude under pressure
Must be 18 or older
