Job description:
Performs a variety of physical labor tasks under direct supervision to support operations. Duties include loading, unloading, lifting, moving materials, and other general labor functions as assigned.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to carry out each essential duty satisfactorily. Other related duties may be assigned.
Perform general manual labor, including:
Lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
Loading and unloading trucks or other vehicles.
Digging, refilling, and general site preparation tasks.
Assisting team members with various operational duties as needed.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Follow all safety procedures and instructions from supervisors.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
Required: High School Diploma or GED, and up to 4 years of relevant experience.
Preferred: Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience, with up to 4 years of relevant work history.
Certificates & Licenses
Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety.
Physical ability to perform labor-intensive tasks.
Work Environment

Occasional use of motor coordination and finger dexterity (e.g., operating equipment).
Frequent lifting and handling of objects weighing up to 30 lbs.
Occasional exposure to occupational risks (cuts, burns, chemicals, etc.).

Primary work setting: outdoor or manual labor environment.
